无锡市疫情防控第173号通告
11月15日6时，我市接外市新冠病例的密切接触者协查，立即对相关返锡人员开展排查。经核实，4名外市返锡人员（为自驾同车离锡返锡）有涉疫地区相关活动轨迹，第一时间对4人及其密接人员采取集中隔离管控措施。11时至14时隔离人员中相继有3人核酸初筛阳性，后复核为阳性，随即转运至定点医院诊疗。市、区两级迅速开展流调溯源、核酸采样和隔离管控，严格落实相关场所及环境消杀等防疫措施。
阳性感染者1：系外市返锡人员，在协查中发现。经流调，该人员11月12日、11月13日核酸检测结果均为阴性，11月15日11时核酸初筛阳性。11月12日驾车从外市返锡，返锡后其主要活动轨迹涉及滨湖区仙蠡墩家园，惠山区阳山镇新渎社区龙湖悠山郡、阳山商贸城。
阳性感染者2：系阳性感染者1的家人，在集中隔离点中发现。经流调，该人员11月11日、11月12日、11月13日核酸检测结果均为阴性，11月15日11时核酸初筛阳性。11月12日以来其主要活动轨迹涉及滨湖区仙蠡墩家园，惠山区阳山镇新渎社区龙湖悠山郡、阳山镇琳琳宠宠物诊所、龙湖悠山郡核酸采样点、龙湖悠山郡物业门口丰巢快递柜。
阳性感染者3：系阳性感染者1的同车外市返锡人员，在协查中发现。经流调，该名阳性感染者11月10日、11月12日、11月13日、11月14日核酸检测结果均为阴性，11月15日12时核酸初筛阳性。11月12日以来其主要活动轨迹涉及新吴区中邦城市花园、国信世家，锡山区台创园，锡山区东亭燃气服务点、有米田园。
请与阳性感染者有活动轨迹交集的人员，务必第一时间向所在社区（村）、单位或属地疾控部门报备，配合开展流调排查、核酸检测、健康监测等防疫措施。对拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人相关情况的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。
另11月15日9时10分，江阴市疾控中心报告G2京沪高速江阴卡口在重点地区来锡人员“落地检”中发现1例抗原和核酸检测均为阳性人员（系货车司机），第一时间闭环转运（无市内活动轨迹）。
对与阳性感染者有时空伴随的人员，将进行“苏康码”赋黄码，请被赋黄码人员立即联系所在社区（村）登记，并按要求实施5天5次核酸检测。黄码人员核酸检测须前往专用采样点，或在区域核酸检测后错峰错时采样。外出期间全程做好个人防护，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往人员聚集场所，不参加聚集性活动。

Epidemic Prevention and Control
At 6 a.m. on November 15, Wuxi was informed to assist in the investigation of close contacts of Covid-19 cases, and immediately carried out epidemiological investigations on relevant returnees. After verification, the 4 people who returned to Wuxi from other cities (they drove back to Wuxi with the same car) had relevant travel history in areas with positive cases. The 4 people and their close contacts were immediately transferred to designated place for quarantine. From 11:00 to 14:00, 3 of the quarantined personnel were tested positive in the initial nucleic acid screening, and were tested positive after the re-examination. The 3 personnel were immediately transferred to designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment. Epidemic prevention measures, including epidemiological investigation, nucleic acid sampling and quarantine measures, disinfection of relevant places and environments, were carried out swiftly at the municipal and district levels.
Positive Case 1: returnee to Wuxi and was detected in the assisted epidemiological investigation. The personnel&39;s nucleic acid test results were negative on November 12 and 13, and was positive at 11:00 on November 15 in the nucleic acid preliminary screening. On November 12, the personnel drove back to Wuxi from another city. After returning to Wuxi, the main travel history involved Xianlidun Jiayuan in Binhu District, Longhu Youshanjun of Xindu Community in Yangshan Town and Yangshan Commercial City in Huishan District.
Positive Case 2: family member of positive case 1, detected in the designated quarantine site. After epidemiological investigation, the personnel&39;s nucleic acid test results were all negative on November 11, November 12, and November 13, and was positive at 11:00 on November 15 in the nucleic acid preliminary screening. Since November 12, the main travel history involved Xianlidun Jiayuan in Binhu District, Longhu Youshanjun of Xindu Community in Yangshan Town and Yangshan Commercial City in Huishan District, Linlinchong Pet Clinic in Yangshan Town, nucleic acid sampling site and Fengchao express cabinet near the Property Management Office in Longhu Youshanjun.
Positive Case 3: returned to Wuxi in the same car as positive case 1, and was detected in the assisted epidemiological investigation. The nucleic acid test results of the personnel were all negative on November 10, November 12, November 13, and November 14, and was positive at 12:00 in the nucleic acid preliminary screening on November 15. Since November 12, the main travel history involved Zhongbang Chengshihuayuan, Guoxin Shijia in Xinwu District, and Taichuang Park, Dongting Gas Service Station and Youmi Garden in Xishan District.
People who have travel history overlap with positive cases should register with their residing sub-districts (villages), employers, and disease control departments immediately, and cooperate with epidemiological survey, PCR test, health monitoring and other prevention and control measure. Those who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, conceal and lie about personal information will be investigated for legal responsibility.
In addition, at 9:10 on November 15, the Jiangyin Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the antigen and nucleic acid tests of one case (a truck driver) was positive. The case was detected at the arrival test in the Jiangyin checkpoint of the G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and was transferred in closed loop at the first time (no travel history within the city).
People who have space-time overlap with the travel history of the positive case will be assigned yellow Jiangsu Health Code (Su Kang Ma). These people are required to report to and register with their residing communities (villages) as soon as possible, and take 5 PCR tests in 5 days as required at designated sampling sites or together with the community mass tests at staggered hours. They are required to strictly comply with regulations on epidemic prevention and control. When going out, yellow code carriers shall take proper personal protection measures, avoid taking public transportation, stay away from crowed places and do not attend gathering activities.
Personnel who have travel history in 7 days to high-risk areas, or regions reported positive cases, especially cities and regions such as Lianyungang, Dengfeng, Handan, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Baoding, Cangzhou, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Tibet Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Chongqing, Beijing, Xining in Qinghai Province, Guangzhou and Dongguan in Guangdong Province, Zhuzhou in Hunan Province, Wuhan and Suizhou City in Hubei Province, Chengdu and Bazhong in Sichuan Province, Jiujiang and Pingxiang in Jiangxi Province, Xinzhou and Jinzhong in Shanxi Province, Xi&39;an, Ankang and Weinan in Shaanxi Province, Lanzhou, Longnan in Gansu Province, Heze, Jining in Shandong Province, Honghe, Qujing and Kunming in Yunnan Province, Huaibei, Suzhou in Anhui Province, Zhengzhou in Henan Province , Suihua, Harbin, Yichun in Heilongjiang Province, should report personal health conditions and travel history through Wuxi’s “Entry Declaration System” or to the residing sub-district, hotel or workplace in advance.
At present, the epidemic situation outside Jiangsu and in surrounding cities of Wuxi is severe and complicated. Many cities in Jiangsu have reported imported cases from other provinces. The pressure of epidemic prevention continues to increase, and we need to stay alert as always. The risk of epidemic spread hangs over us. Local authorities, government departments, employers and individuals should fully fulfill their respective responsibilities. Party committees and governments at all levels should strictly fulfill their territorial responsibilities. The competent departments of all industries shall earnestly shoulder their supervision and management responsibilities, leverage their role in managing, guiding and urging the key groups of the industries to take PCR tests according to the regulations. Employers and business entities shall take primary responsibilities for relevant measures.

陽性感染者と活動軌跡が重なる方は直ちに所属のコミュニティ（村）、勤務先、または地域の疾病予防?管理部門に報告し、疫学調査?追跡、核酸検査、健康観察などの対策に協力する必要がある。防疫措置への協力を拒んだり、個人情報を隠したり虚偽の申告をした場合は、相応の法的責任を追及される。
11月15日9時10分、江陰市病気予防抑制センターの報告によると、G2北京―上海間高速道路の江陰インターチェンジで行われた到着検査で抗原検査と核酸検査が陽性である陽性感染者1例が発見され、即時にクローズドロープで移送された（市内の活動軌跡なし）。
「時空伴随者」には「蘇康コード」の黄色コードを付与する。黄色コードを付与される者は、直ちに所在のコミュニティ（村）に連絡し、規定通りに5日5回の核酸検査を受ける。黄色コードの持つ者は指定の核酸検査採取場所へ検査を受け、またはピークを避けて区域内の全員核酸検査を受ける。外出する期間、個人防護をしっかりと行い、公共交通機関を利用せず、人の集まり場所へ行かず、会合活動に参加しないでください。
